FILLED CUPCAKES 
PART I:

5 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
5 tbsp. sugar

CAKE:

Cake mix
1 pkg. dry Dream Whip
4 eggs
1 c. water

PART II:

1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. Crisco
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. (or more) vanilla
Speck of salt

PART I: Mix ingredients, cook until thick, stirring fast and constantly. Remove from heat, refrigerate to cool.

PART II: Beat at high speed for 3 minutes then add mixture I (must be cool) to mixture II. Blend together with mixer and you are ready to fill cupcakes.

Mix cake; mix with Dream Whip, eggs and water. Cook cupcakes in paper baking cups; cool. Put filling in pastry bag with long skinny decorating tip on end. Pierce top of cooled cupcake. Squeeze small amount into cupcake; frost.
