SUMI SALAD 
2 tbsp. oil
1/4 c. sliced almonds
1/4 c. sesame seeds
8 green onions
1 head cabbage, chopped
2 pkgs. Top Ramen, broken
1 store bought BBQ chicken or other cooked chicken deboned

DRESSING:

1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 c. oil
6 tbsp. rice vinegar

Heat oil in skillet and toast almonds and sesame seeds. Mix with cabbage, onions, noodles, chicken and dressing. Refrigerate a couple of hours to blend.
