SUMI SALAD 
2 tsp. sesame oil
1 head cabbage, finely chopped
8 green onions, finely chopped
1/4 c. sesame seeds
3/4 c. sliced almonds
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. Ramen noodles, broken

DRESSING:

1 tsp. oil (use a little sesame oil)
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
6 tbsp. rice vinegar

Toast almonds and sesame seeds in 2 teaspoons sesame oil. Combine with cabbage, noodles. Shake together dressing ingredients and toss all together.
