CHICKEN SUMI SALAD 
1 chicken, cooked and cut into pieces
1 chicken flavor Top Ramen
3 green onions
1 head cabbage
1 tbsp. sesame seeds
1 c. slivered almonds

DRESSING:

Seasoning pkg. from Top Ramen
1/3 c. oil
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste

Take noodles out of Top Ramen package. Keep seasoning package for later. Crush noodles and set aside. Combine cooked chicken, cut-up cabbage, sesame seeds, almonds and onions. Now add crushed noodles and mix well.

DRESSING: Combine dressing ingredients. Mix well. Pour over salad and mix well. Salad tastes the best if it has set in the refrigerator overnight.
