SUMI SALAD 
1 1/2 lbs. cabbage, chopped
1/4 c. slivered almonds, toasted
1/4 c. sesame seeds, lightly browned in 2 tbsp. oil
8 green onions, finely chopped
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. Top Ramen noodles (Oriental noodles, use only the noodles, not the seasoning)

Break noodles into small bits.

DRESSING:

6 tbsp. seasoned rice vinegar
1/8 to 1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 scant c. oil

Mix together and let stand several hours.
