SUMI SALAD 
1 cabbage, chopped
4 green onions, chopped
8 tbsp. blanched slivered almonds
4 oz. sunflower seeds, browned in butter & sesame oil
2 pkgs. Ramen noodles (discard flavor packets)

Cabbage may be coarsely chopped. Add noodles just before serving, if crispness is desired. Cover with this dressing (mixed before adding) :

2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. oil
1/4 c. sesame oil
1 tsp. salt (omit if sunflower seeds are salted)
Pepper to taste
3 tbsp. rice vinegar
Grated fresh ginger

You may add chicken meat from 2 breasts of chicken, torn into pieces. I always add the chicken too.
