SUPER DELICIOUS CARAMELS 
1 1/2 c. thin cream
2 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
1 c. honey
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nutmeats

Cook first four ingredients over low flame to stirring constantly toward the end of the cooking period. Add vanilla and nuts. Pour into buttered pan. Cut when cold and wrap each in oiled paper.
