TUNA CASSEROLE 
3 tsp. olive oil
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
1 sm. can tuna
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. pimento
1 1/2 c. elbow macaroni

Cook macaroni according to package directions. Brown onion and pepper in oil. Add flour and milk, cooking until thick. Add soup, tuna and pimento. Add cooked macaroni. Pour into 8 x 10 inch pyrex dish and bake for 30 minutes at 325 degrees.
