1 (9 inch) single pie crust
1 lb. ground turkey
1 lb. mild or hot bulk sausage
1 onion, chopped fine
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
3 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
2 eggs, beaten

Brown turkey and sausage with onion. Drain off excess grease. In large bowl combine meat, spinach, cheese and beaten eggs. Mix well, spoon into pie crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until form. I use egg beaters and no fat Mozzarella cheese.
