MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. green chilies, sauteed
1/4 c. onion, chopped
Season with garlic
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can enchilada sauce

Drain grease off meat. Add meat, soup, onion, chilies - sauteed, and enchilada sauce. Layer corn tortillas and mixture in baking dish. Add cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
