COLD TOMATO SOUP 
3 c. tomato juice
2 tbsp. tomato paste
4 green onions, minced
Salt
Pinch of thyme
1/2 tsp. lemon rind, grated
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. sour cream
Chopped parsley

Mix all ingredients, except sour cream and parsley. Chill before serving. Blend in sour cream. Pour into bouillon cups. Sprinkle with parsley. Serve very cold. Serves 8.
