GAZPACHO (COLD SPANISH SOUP) 
1 clove garlic
1 med. cucumber, pared, seeded and coarsely chopped
1 med. green pepper, coarsely chopped
4 med. tomatoes, coarsely chopped or 1 c. canned tomatoes
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. cumin seeds
1 tsp. chili powder
Seasoning salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. tomato juice

Put all above ingredients in blender or processor and process until smooth. Chill several hours. Serve in ice cold bowls and garnish with chopped cucumbers, tomatoes, celery and dollop of sour cream.
