POTATOES DELUXE 
2 lb. frozen hash browns thawed
1 c. chopped onion
2 c. grated cheese
1 stick melted butter
1 pt. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup (10 oz.)

Mix all ingredients and place in buttered 9 x 13 casserole. Mix crushed corn flakes with 1/4 c. melted butter and sprinkle over top.

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
