DELUXE HASH BROWN OVEN POTATOES 
1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
1 can cream potato soup
1 can celery soup
12 oz. sour cream
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped onions and green pepper (to taste)

Put all ingredients in large bowl. Let stand until it can be mixed. Lightly grease 9x13 dish. Put mixture into dish. Sprinkle with parsley, paprika, and grated Parmesan cheese (from can). Bake at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
