HASH BROWN POTATO CASSEROLE | |
1 (2 lb.) bag of frozen hash brown potatoes 16 oz. sour cream 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese 1/2 c. butter, softened 1 c. cream of chicken soup TOPPING: 2 c. crushed cornflakes mixed with 1/4 c. melted butter Mix the first 5 ingredients together and place in a buttered casserole dish. Top with cornflake mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. |
