HASH BROWN POTATOES 
2 lbs. frozen hash brown potatoes
1/2 c. chopped onion (optional)
1 tsp. salt
1 can cream of chicken soup
10 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. melted butter
1/4 tsp. pepper
16 oz. sour cream

Melt butter. Mix rest of ingredients together and spread over potatoes. Cook at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
