HASH BROWN POTATOES 
2 lb. hash brown potatoes, frozen
1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 stick melted butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. onion
8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese

Mix well, put in 9x13 inch greased pan. Top with 1 1/2 cups crushed corn flakes or Cheese Nips and 2 tablespoons melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
