POTATOES DELUXE 
2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
1 scant c. of diced onions
1 can cream of chicken soup or cream of celery
1 pt. sour cream
1 stick melted butter
8 oz. shredded sharp cheese
salt and pepper to taste

Mix well and pour into a 13x9-inch casserole baking dish. Crush 1 cup of potato chips for topping and sprinkle over potatoes.

Bake at 375°F for 1 hour. Easily doubled.
