EASY FUDGE FROSTING 
1/2 bar butter in kettle with
2 sq. bitter chocolate
1 1/2 c. sugar, granulated
1/4 tsp. salt
6 tbsp. whole milk
1 tsp. white Karo

Bring to full rolling boil while stirring to mix all that funny looking stuff together. It does blend! When it is a full rolling boil that you can't stir down time for 1 minute and immediately remove from stove. Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla after the boiling is complete and it has been taken off stove. Cool. Beat until it gets barely thick enough to spread on cake and put it on generously. It tends to set more as soon as it gets on the cake, if cake is cool. Happy eating!
