NEVER FAIL FUDGE FROSTING 
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. butter

Bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add:

3/4 c. chocolate chips
1/2 to 3/4 c. miniature marshmallows

Stir until chips and marshmallows are melted and frosting is of spreading consistency.
