ROLLED FLOUR TORTILLAS 
8 oz. sour cream
8 oz. cream cheese
4 oz. diced green chilies, drained
1 c. shredded cheddar
1/2 c. chopped green onion
Season powder to taste
Garlic powder to taste

Mix all these ingredients together, divide by 5 and spread on 10 inch flour tortillas. Roll each tortilla. Cover with saran wrap. Chill a couple of hours. Slice and serve with salsa.
