TOMATO CORN SOUP 
1 lb. ground beef
3 c. corn
3 c. diced tomatoes
2 c. water or beef broth
1 c. diced onion
1 garlic clove, minced
2 tsp. basil, dried
3-4 tbsp. parsley
Salt and pepper

In large pot brown ground beef, breaking it up. Drain off fat. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 30 minutes.

GREAT with fresh corn and tomatoes!
