CORN BREAD PIE OR CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 can tomato soup
1 c. corn
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. chili powder
1/2 c. green peppers, chopped
Your favorite cornbread mix

Brown beef, onion, and green peppers. Drain fat. Add soup, water, seasonings, and corn. Simmer for 15 minutes. Fill casserole pan to 3/4 full to allow room for cornbread topping. Mix up your favorite cornbread recipe. Pour cornbread mixture on top of meat mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes.

NOTE: You can use 1 box of cornbread mix.
