CARAMEL CORN 
4 qts. popped corn
1/2 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. corn syrup
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Cook butter, brown sugar, syrup and salt 1 1/2 minutes; stir and cook an additional 2 to 3 minutes until rolling boil. Take out and add soda. Stir well. Pour mixture over popped corn in grocery sack and shake. Microwave 1 minute, shake; 1 minute, shake; 30 seconds, shake; 30 seconds, shake. Pour into pan, cool and eat.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
