CARAMEL POPCORN BALLS 
1/4 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1/2 (15 oz.) 2/3 c.) Eagle Brand condensed milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
5 qts. popped corn

In saucepan, combine butter, sugar, and syrup. Stir well and bring to boil. Stir in condensed milk. Simmer, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to softball stage. Stir in vanilla. Pour over popped corn and stir to coat. Butter hands and shape mix into balls.
