VEGETABLE MEDLEY 
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. white vinegar
1/2 c. Wesson oil
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onions
1 c. chopped green peppers
1 (8 oz.) can peas
1 (8 oz.) can shoe peg corn
1 (8 oz.) French style green beans
1 sm. jar pimento, chopped

Add vegetables to the clear hot liquid. Refrigerate after medley is thoroughly cooled. Excellent relish side dish.
