SAUTE MEDLEY OF VEGETABLES 
Yellow squash
Green squash
Red peppers
Green peppers
Onions
Mushrooms
Pea pods
Garlic
Oil
Salt
Pepper

Clean, wash and slice all vegetables. Saute in a fry pan in crushed, fresh garlic and oil until tender, but firm and crisp. Season with salt and pepper. Serve as a hot vegetable or over a platter of pasta of your choice. If you like, you can add cooked shrimp or chicken.
