HEAVENLY RICH CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. instant lemon pudding mix
1 (16 oz.) can fruit cocktail, including syrup
1 c. coconut
4 eggs
1/4 c. oil
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. nuts, chopped

Mix all ingredients, except nuts and brown sugar. Beat 4 minutes. Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix brown sugar and nuts. Sprinkle sugar- nut mixture on top of batter. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Do not underbake. While hot, pour on Butter Glaze.

BUTTER GLAZE:

1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. evaporated milk

Mix and boil 2 minutes before pouring on baked cake.
