2 sticks butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
4 eggs
1 c. nuts
1 pack miniature marshmallows

Cream and mix thoroughly. Pour in one layer pan. Bake for 30 minutes at 300 degrees. When done place one pack of mini-marshmallows on top.

ICING:

4 tbsp. cocoa
1 stick butter
1 box powdered sugar
4 tbsp. can milk (enough to spread)
