ALMOST HEAVEN CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
3 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. water
8 oz. chocolate chips
1 bar German Sweet Chocolate, grated

Combine all cake ingredients and mix well. Fold in chocolate chips and most of German chocolate bar, stir well. Spread in a greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 stick butter, room temperature
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla

Cool and frost with icing. Sliver remaining chocolate over top.
