Sliced carrots Chopped onion (sm.) 1 can tomato soup 1/2 c. oil 1/2 c. white vinegar Sugar (sm. to taste) Diced green pepper (optional) Sm. chopped celery (optional) Cook carrots half done or parboiled. Drain carrots. Add all other ingredients together and pour over carrots. Marinate (overnight marinated is good). NOTE: If onions disagree with you, may use onion powder small amount. Diabetics may use their type sugar, but remember it is sweeter than real sugar. Use 2-3 tablespoons mayonnaise - no cholesterol is good. |
