1 box frozen chopped spinach, thawed, dry
1 c. sour cream
1 c. Hellman's mayonnaise
1 box Knorr's vegetable soup mix
1 sm. chopped onion
1/2 can chopped water chestnuts

Mix all together. Serve with Bugles.
