HOT CHEESE DIP 
2 c. (10 oz. pkg.) extra sharp cheese, grated
2 c. Hellman's mayonnaise (no substitutions)
1 med. onion, chopped finely

Mix all together and bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Spoon off any excess oil before serving (varies, depending on cheese used). Serve with Triscuits.

We love this dip always a big hit at parties. Made it yesterday and lined pie pan with a soft taco shell and presto it absorbed all the oil from the mayonnaise.

BEEN SEARCHING FOR THIS! This is an old recipe that I have used since at least the year 2000. It called for 2 blocks shredded of Cracker barrel cheese, one sharp and 1 extra sharp. I put chopped pecans on top and or crumbled bacon. Served with old fashioned Fritos and always got rave reviews! Not the healthiest app, but boy do people love it! My son even used to make in college and AFTER.. EVERYONE LOVED IT AND EASY PEASY!!
