HOT CHEESE DIP 
2 lb. Velveeta cheese
2 lg. onions, chopped fine
2 sm. cans Ortega peppers
1 lg. can solid pak tomatoes, drained

Simmer onions in oil until limp. Add peppers and tomatoes. Cook down until well mixed. Add cheese. Serve warm.
