PRALINE PIE | |
1 unbaked pie shell 1/3 c. brown sugar 1/3 c. melted butter 1/2 c. chopped pecans 1 (3 oz.) instant vanilla pudding 2 c. milk 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip or 1 pkg. Dream Whip, prepared according to directions Combine brown sugar, butter and nuts. Pour into unbaked and pricked pie shell. Bake at 450 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Cool. Mix pudding according to directions. Allow to set. Fold in half of Cool Whip. Spread in pie shell. Top with remaining Cool Whip. Garnish with maraschino cherries. Refrigerate 1-3 hours before serving. |
