PRALINE PIE 
1 (9-inch) pie shell
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. pecans
1 (5 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
3 c. milk
1 c. whipped cream, sweetened to taste

Prepare pie shell and bake. In saucepan, melt the butter; stir in the brown sugar and pecans and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until well blended. Do not allow mixture to boil. Pour into the baked pie shell and bake at 400 degrees for 5 minutes.

Remove from oven and allow to cool completely. Mix instant pudding with milk. Pour over cooled pralines. Spread whipped cream over top and refrigerate.
