PUMPKIN PRALINE PIE 
2 c. cooked mashed pumpkin
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
1 unbaked deep dish pie shell

Combine all ingredients except pie shell. Mix with mixer until smooth. Pour into pie shell and bake at 375 degrees for 50 minutes. Let cool.

TOPPING:

1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
3 tbsp. dark brown sugar
3 tbsp. whipping cream

Sprinkle pecans evenly over top of pie. Combine sugar and whipping cream in a small pan and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until sugar melts. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes. Pour over pecans. Let cool completely.
