1 (16 oz.) pkg. Oreo cookies
3 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
2 sm. pkgs. vanilla instant pudding
1 stick butter
1 c. confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Crush cookies and put half of crumbs in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix cream cheese and butter until smooth. Mix in confectioners' sugar. Fold in Cool Whip. In separate bowl, mix together pudding, milk and vanilla. Fold in cream cheese mixture into pudding mixture. Then pour in pan on top of crumbs. Sprinkle remaining crumbs on top. Refrigerate until set.

Some other variations could be yellow sandwich cookies or chocolate mint sandwich cookies. Also some use French vanilla, chocolate or banana pudding. You can also make this in a flower pot with gummy worms on the top for effect and put artificial flowers on the top. (Serve with a new garden trowel.)
