SALISBURY STEAK 
1 can French onion soup
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
Dash of pepper
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. ketchup
1 tsp. Worcestershire

In bowl, combine 1/3 cup soup with beef, crumbs, egg, salt and pepper. Shape into four oval patties. Brown in skillet; pour off fat. Gradually blend remaining soup into flour until smooth. Add remaining ingredients to flour mixture and pour into skillet. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until done. (May prepare the day before.) Serves 4.
