SALISBURY STEAK & ONION GRAVY 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 can of onion soup (take out 1/3 c. for meat)
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 tsp. salt & dash of pepper

Mix meat, 1/3 cup onion soup, crumbs, egg and seasonings. Form into 6 oval patties and brown both sides. Remove patties.

GRAVY:

1 tbsp. flour
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. catsup
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
Remaining soup

Pour over meat and cook slowly 40 minutes with cover.
