MEATBALLS WITH GRAVY AND NOODLES | |
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef Bread crumbs, soften with 2/3 cup milk 1/4 of an onion, sauteed and cut up 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp. pepper 1 can of milk 2 cans cream of mushroom soup Mix above and form 1 inch balls. Brown in frying pan. Remove meatballs from pan. Remove excess grease. Add 2 cans cream of mushroom soup and 1 can of milk to frying pan. Bring to boil and add meatballs back into mixture. Cover and simmer 30 minutes. Serve over noodles. |
