SALISBURY STEAK AND MUSHROOM
GRAVY
 
1 lb. ground beef
1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup Mix
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
1 c. italian bread crumbs
flour
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. milk

Mix ground beef, onion soup mix, egg, Worcestershire sauce and bread crumbs together. Form into patties. Flour patties lightly and place in electric skillet on 300 to 350°F for 20 minutes; drain fat. Mix mushroom soup with milk. Pour over patties; simmer 10 minutes.
