STEAK AND MUSHROOM GRAVY 
2 lb. cube steak, cut into small pieces
1 1/2 c. corn meal
1 3/4 c. flour, divided
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. buttermilk or 2 to 3 eggs stirred
3 c. milk
2 packs McCormick mushroom gravy mix
1 small can or jar of sliced mushrooms

Mix corn meal, 1 1/2 cups flour, salt and pepper in gallon ziploc bag. Dip steak into buttermilk or eggs. Drop into bag and shake. Remove steak from bag and brown, then cook until done. Mix milk, 1/4 cup flour and gravy mix in skillet. Bring to boil. Simmer and stir in mushrooms. Pour over steak.

Bake or microwave until steak is heated back to temperature for serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
