1 can Golden mushroom soup
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 c. finely crushed cracker crumbs
1 egg
3 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 pkg. brown gravy mix

Mix 1/4 can of mushroom soup with ground beef, 1 1/2 cups cracker crumbs, egg, onion powder and pepper. Mix into six patties, bake at 350 degrees uncovered 30 minutes.

Mix soup, gravy mix, and 1 cup water, pour over patties and garnish with sliced mushrooms, bake another 25 to 30 minutes.
