SALISBURY STEAK 
1 lb. hamburger
1 egg
1 pkg. Lipton's dried onion soup
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce

Combine above ingredients and make into patties about 1 inch thick. Brown on both sides in skillet, or in electric pan at 275 to 300 degrees.

Pour gravy over meat patties. Turn heat down to low and simmer 15 minutes.
