SALISBURY STEAK FOR TWO 
1 egg
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1 env. (3/4 oz.) brown gravy mix
1 tsp. instant minced onion
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. prepared mustard

Combine egg, milk, bread crumbs, 1 tablespoon of the brown gravy mix and instant onion in small bowl. Add ground beef, mix lightly. Shape into a 1 inch thick loaf.

Broil 3 inches from source of heat until browned, about 5 minutes. Turn; cook 5 minutes longer or until done.

In small saucepan, combine remaining brown gravy mix with water and mustard. Bring to boiling, stirring occasionally. Slice beef loaf and serve with gravy.
