EASY SALISBURY STEAK 
1 lb. ground
1 tsp. chili powder
1 egg
1/2 c. crumbs
1 sm. onion, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Combine - first 7 ingredients, mixing well. Shape - into oval patties. Brown - on both sides in a small amount of oil in skillet; drain. Stir - in soup and 1 soup can can water. Simmer - covered, for several minutes.
