SALISBURY STEAK - MUSHROOM GRAVY 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef chuck
1/2 lb. ground pork
1 beaten egg
1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
1 med. onion, minced
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Dash of allspice

GRAVY:

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. milk or water
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 or 2 tsp. meat sauce Kitchen Bouquet

Combine meat, egg, bread crumbs and seasonings; shape into patties and preheat electric skillet to 350 degrees and brown patties on both sides. Mix ingredients for gravy and pour over patties, lower temperature to 200 degrees, cover, with vents closed and simmer 20 minutes.
