1 lb. ground meat
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
1/3 c. bread crumbs
1 egg
Salt and pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk

Mix all ingredients except soup and milk. Brown in frying pan. Spoon on soup. Add milk. Simmer slowly 1/2 hour, turning often and stirring. Serve with mashed potatoes.
