2 lb. ground meat
1/2 pkgs. dry onion soup mix
1 egg
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1/2 can water

Mix first 3 ingredients together. Make into patties and brown in skillet. Pour off grease. Combine next 3 ingredients and pour over meat. Cover and simmer until done. Very good served with rice.
